PMI San Diego Chapter

Reception at SD Air and Space Museum begins at 6:00 pm, but feel free to arrive at 5 pm, since your ticket includes access to the entire museum, including the Alien exhibit. Walk in registrations will be accepted–$130 cash or check only. There is no ATM available at the Air and Space Museum, so please plan accordingly. Project of the Year Award at 7:00 pm, Deborah Alderson keynote at 7:30, and Gene Kranz at 8:00.
Thursday and Friday: Registration and continental breakfast begin at 6:30 am both days and opening remarks begin at 7:45 am.
Thursday seminars begin at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm; lunch, keynote, and networking are scheduled from 11:30 – 1:30. The Leadership Event begins at 5:15 and is scheduled until 9:00 pm.
Friday morning opening keynote begins at 8:00 am. The morning tutorial sessions run 9:15 to 10:15 and 10:30 to 11:30. Lunch, keynote, exhibits, and networking are scheduled for 11:30 – 1:30. Afternoon tutorial sessions from from 1:30 to 2:30 and 2:45 – 3:45. Closing keynote is scheduled from 4:00 – 5:00, with networking afterwards until 7:00 pm.

PDU Information: All seminars, tutorials, and keynote speakers are PMI-approved for PDUs. Attendance at a full day seminar will earn participants 7 PDUs; each tutorial attended will earn 1 PDU. Additional PDUs can be earned through attendance at the Kick-off Event (May 12) , Leadership Event (May 13), and Keynote addresses during the conference on Thursday and Friday.
